Paper Submissions Guidelines

  • Name of presenter (underline family name)
  • Mailing address, e-mail address and phone numbers
  • Organisation and department represented
  • Title of paper in CAPITAL LETTERS
  • Abstract of 150 - 200 words in Microsoft Word file with five (5) keywords
  • Typography Size: 10 point Type: Arial Spacing: 1.5
  • Full paper word limit: 5,000 words for Plenary Session and 3,500 words for Simultaneous Session (excluding references and bibliography) in Microsoft Word file
  • 45 minutes presentation including Q&A Session (Plenary Session)
  • 30 minutes presentation including Q&A Session (Parallel Session)
